Which do you think is worse?

Imagine yourself dizzy and feeling faint at the office. Which do you think is worse: To say something to your office before you faint or just go ahead and faint? I figure both will end up with you in the hospital/clinic. I opted for the first choice, although I wonder if it was the right thing. What would you have done?

So... I fainted at school in my first Novemebr. I had little warning before feeling very hot etc... Fainted on the top of the stairs and thankfully fell backward... Hit my head n the concrete and gave myself serious concussion!! Ended up going to the hospital in and ambulance (1st time in my life) and had MRI, CAT scans... exrays and blood tests. Also spent a night in the hospital. Very interesting experience.

The diagnosis... too busy and stressed being in a new country (I don't think I was stressed!)

Oh my goodness. I can only imagine what it would be like to stay in a Japanese hospital. No doubt they would have sent me to the hospital in an ambulance, too had I actually fainted on them. The doctor's diagnosis was the same for me: stress. I'm thinking, um, I've been way more stressed in this country than now.
